In July, President Donald J. Trump unveiled The New Course at Trump International Scotland, a striking addition shaped by the dramatic coastal dunes of Aberdeenshire. Joined by EVP of The Trump Organization, Eric Trump, Scottish dignitaries, and golf legends, the ceremonial opening marked the completion of what is now celebrated as The Greatest 36 Holes in Golf.
Designed to complement the award-winning Old Course, The New Course emphasizes natural terrain, strategic shot-making, and sweeping coastal views. Its debut coincided with two major tournaments, the Staysure PGA Legends Tour and the Scottish DP World Tour, bringing world-class competition to the Scottish coast.
Shortly after opening, The New Course earned international recognition, including World’s Best New Course 2025 by the World Golf Awards, underscoring its design excellence and distinctive setting.

While expanding globally, we remain equally committed to enhancing our most iconic properties. The legendary Ailsa Course at Trump Turnberry reopened following a £1 million renovation led by acclaimed architect Martin Ebert, blending tradition with modern refinement.
Highlights include a dramatic redesign of the par-5 seventh hole, where the green now sits directly along the coastline, creating one of the most striking seaside approaches in the British Isles. The eighth hole also received significant refinement, with new tee boxes that improve sightlines and strategy. Course-wide enhancements, including refreshed bunkering, reshaped greens, and updated tee complexes, ensure the Ailsa continues to challenge the world’s best players while delivering an elevated experience for all golfers.

At LIV Golf Miami, the tournament returned to Trump National Doral for the fourth consecutive year. Marc Leishman captured the Individual Title and led Ripper GC to a Team Championship victory on the famed Blue Monster, one of the game’s most demanding tests.
Just up the coast, Trump National Golf Club Jupiter made history by hosting the inaugural Optum Golf Channel Games, where top players, including Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy, delivered a thrilling showcase of skill and intensity. The debut event captured national excitement and set the tone for what promises to become an annual must-watch competition.

The year ahead brings even greater momentum, as Trump golf properties continue to raise the bar for premier golf tournaments. Following the record-breaking success of LIV Golf DC 2023, Trump National Golf Club D.C. will host LIV Golf once again, bringing top players, thrilling competition, and energized fans to one of the state’s most celebrated courses. In April 2026, the PGA Tour will return to Trump National Doral for a new signature event, the Cadillac Championship, marking the Tour's first visit to the iconic Blue Monster course since 2016. This $20 million event, running April 30–May 3, revives a historic venue known for challenging golf and legendary past winners, including Tiger Woods, while filling a gap in the South Florida market and enhancing our lineup of prestigious tournaments.

Adding an international dimension, the Amgen Irish Open will join Trump Golf’s calendar in September 2026 at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel Ireland, marking the first championship tournament hosted at this spectacular links-style coastal course in County Clare. With its dramatic links, world-class amenities, and luxury hotel accommodations, Trump Ireland will deliver an unforgettable championship experience while expanding our global footprint in the world of elite golf.

Beyond hosting premier tournaments, we have continued to expand our world-class portfolio of golf courses globally. In May, we broke ground on Trump International Vietnam, a mixed-use residential development featuring an 18-hole golf course designed by Bryson DeChambeau, signaling the next chapter in delivering world-class golf and private membership experiences to a new international audience.
Additional projects are underway across Indonesia, Qatar, Oman, and Saudi Arabia, further strengthening Trump Golf’s global presence and leadership in luxury course development.
Trump Hotels continues to welcome guests to eight exceptional properties around the globe, delivering world-class service, luxury accommodations, and unforgettable experiences. From iconic city towers to serene resort destinations, each hotel reflects the Trump Organization’s dedication to excellence, innovation, and timeless design.

Trump International Hotel & Tower Dubai marks the brand’s debut in the Middle East, bringing refined luxury hospitality to one of the world’s most dynamic cities. Situated along Sheikh Zayed Road, the hotel offers sweeping views of the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Gulf, paired with elevated dining, wellness, and signature Trump service. The launch was celebrated with remarks from Eric Trump and a live performance by the legendary keyboardist of Journey, underscoring the project’s global significance.

Building on this momentum, the Trump Organization announced Trump International Hotel Maldives, the brand’s first property in the Maldives. Located just 25 minutes by speedboat from Malé, the resort will feature approximately 80 ultra-luxury beach and overwater villas designed for privacy, exclusivity, and sophistication.
Slated to open by the end of 2028, the project also introduces the world’s first tokenized hotel development during the construction phase, allowing investors to participate in a high-growth, premium real estate project from inception, an innovation that sets a new benchmark in luxury hospitality investment.

In April, Trump Residences Gurgaon made history: all 298 residences sold out on Day One, setting a new benchmark in India’s competitive real estate market.
